Viking Ship Museum, Roskilde
Five original 11th-century Viking ships, found in a blockade in the fjord north of Roskilde, plus a boatyard where craftsmen build reconstructions and the 'Climb Aboard' exhibition – the museum says Roskilde is the only place in the world where you can board a real Viking ship.
