Château de Grimaud
The ruined medieval castle on the town's coat of arms, listed as a Monument Historique and first mentioned in 1058 in a charter to the Abbey of Saint-Victor in Marseille. From the top you look out over the plain and the Gulf of Saint-Tropez – a perfect lookout, which is exactly why it was built here.
