On Avenue George V, in the heart of Paris's Golden Triangle, Bvlgari Hôtel Paris opened on 2 December 2021, the Roman jeweller's first hotel in the French capital. Bvlgari opened the Bvlgari Hotel Paris at 30 Avenue George V, 75008 Paris, on 2 December 2021. Trade reporters at the time noted that reworking the building had taken six years, and that the finished hotel favoured sleek elegance over gilt-framed mirrors and heavy drapery. The house stands almost directly across the avenue from two of the city's grandest five-stars. It opened across the street from two other famed five-stars, the George V and the Prince de Galles. With 76 rooms and suites just minutes from the capital's most iconic monuments, it offers a new kind of hospitality for Parisians and visitors alike. The MICHELIN Guide gives it Two Keys. At its centre sit a restaurant led by a three-MICHELIN-starred chef and a spa built around a 25-metre pool. The hotel is home to Il Ristorante – Niko Romito and an oversized Bvlgari Spa with a 25-metre pool.

01The house
The building is an 11-storey block faced in pierre de Paris limestone, restrained in tone but marked along its length by the Bvlgari Parentesi motif. Every Bvlgari hotel is designed by the same studio, and Paris was no exception: the project was designed by the Italian architecture firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, as with every address in the Bvlgari collection. The façade itself was restyled by that studio in collaboration with the French architectural firm Valode & Pistre. Inside, the language turns unmistakably Roman: an eight-point Bvlgari star set into the floors, a gilded mosaic-tiled spa, marble, silk wallcoverings and varnished eucalyptus woodwork, with panelling worked by French ateliers in lacquer, parchment and straw marquetry in the manner of Jean-Michel Frank.
The address itself is part of the story. Avenue George V sits inside the Triangle d'Or, and the hotel's own doorway looks across the street at two of the other grand names on the strip, giving the Golden Triangle a third contender for the title of Paris's best address.
02Rooms and suites
Of the 76 rooms and suites, 57 are suites, and every one has either a private terrace or a loggia. The entry-level Executive Rooms Terrace run to 42 square metres with a 12-square-metre loggia facing the street or courtyard. The 25 Junior Suites, at 52 square metres, look straight onto Avenue George V and have bathrooms in Navona travertine marble. The nine Deluxe Suites, at 65 square metres, pair a marble bath and separate Roman shower with round-the-clock butler service, while the 141-square-metre Bvlgari Suites I and III add a private hammam and a bedroom view reaching the Eiffel Tower.
Insider tipMetro George V (line 1) and Alma-Marceau (line 9) are both a short walk from the hotel.
Above it all sits the Bvlgari Penthouse, the house's signature apartment. Set atop the building, it spans two levels and totals nearly 1,000 square metres, with a hanging garden and views over the French capital. The garden is planted with Mediterranean species and fruit trees, and the two floors are linked by a sculptural staircase.
03Where to eat
Il Ristorante – Niko Romito occupies a private garden at the rear of the hotel: just 26 tables, dressed in Parisian-style banquettes and brass made in Italy, in a room the hotel describes as luminous by day and sparkling by night. The kitchen carries the name of Niko Romito, whose own restaurant Reale in Abruzzo holds three MICHELIN stars, and who personally developed the menu used at every Bvlgari address from Dubai to Tokyo. Day-to-day cooking is led by Executive Chef Davide Capucchio, a native of Turin who trained with Jean-François Rouquette and Guy Savoy in Paris before earning a MICHELIN star as chef de cuisine at Bvlgari Hotel Shanghai.
Breakfast runs from 7am, lunch from 12.30pm and dinner from 7.30pm, with a five-course Sunday brunch, including a glass of Champagne, served between 12.30pm and 3.30pm. For private occasions, an eight-seat dining room designed by Antonio Citterio sits beside the garden, its French windows opening onto the planting in summer.
04The bar
The Bvlgari Bar is deliberately theatrical: black granite floors, a high-gloss ceiling, brass accents and lacquered walls hung with vintage-style mirrors. It runs the Italian aperitivo properly, with classic cocktails and a spread of antipasti through the late afternoon, and stays open until 1am on Fridays and Saturdays, closing at midnight the rest of the week. Next door, the marble-tabled Bvlgari Lounge takes over for morning coffee, afternoon tea and quieter conversation.
05Spa and wellbeing
The Bvlgari Spa spans roughly 13,000 square feet on two levels and is built around an 80-foot swimming pool. It is clad in Vicenza stone from the Veneto and Burmese teak, with a reception finished in green onyx. Nine treatment rooms use proprietary rituals with products from Bellefontaine and 111 Skin, and the standout is a 65-square-metre Spa Suite for couples, its book-matched green onyx walls and domed ceiling modelled on Rome's Pantheon. The spa is open every day from 6.30am to 10pm. The pool itself is lined in mosaics of emerald, jade and malachite rippled with gold, entered past glass columns engraved with the Serpenti Constellation motif. A 120-square-metre fitness space runs around the clock, curated by the Workshop Gymnasium training method created exclusively for Bvlgari by Lee Mullins, and including a private studio.
06The neighbourhood
Avenue George V sits inside the Golden Triangle, the most exclusive quarter in Paris, formed with the Champs-Élysées and Avenue Montaigne. The hotel's own entrance faces the Four Seasons George V and the Prince de Galles across the street, putting three of the city's grandest addresses within a few steps of one another. The George V stop on metro line 1 is a short walk away, with Alma-Marceau on line 9 close by near the Seine.
07Making the most of a stay
Pets are welcome, and a multilingual concierge team handles everything from VIP transfers to Berluti shoe care between meetings. A couple's treatment in the Pantheon-domed Spa Suite pairs naturally with a late lunch at Il Ristorante, and the Bvlgari Bar is worth timing for a Friday aperitivo, when it runs until 1am rather than closing at midnight.
