Rising forty storeys above the west bank of the Cumberland River, Four Seasons Hotel Nashville sits inside a glass tower whose architects, Chicago-based Solomon Cordwell Buenz, sought inspiration from the acoustic guitar, an exquisitely made instrument crafted of the finest materials; the fenestration and balconies were drawn to recall the fretted neck of the instrument. The hotel counts 235 guest rooms in total, 193 rooms and 42 suites, with a further 144 residences on the floors above. The MICHELIN Guide gives it Two Keys. Inside, Bacco, a Tuscan steakhouse that took over the ground-floor restaurant in 2026, sits alongside a seventh-floor infinity pool above the river and three monumental tree-trunk sculptures by Nashville artist Alan LeQuire guarding the entrance. It is downtown Nashville's clearest argument that Music City's new towers can carry as much craft as its old honky-tonks.

- Two MICHELIN Keys
Four Seasons Hotel Nashville occupies the lower floors of a 40-storey SoBro tower, one block from Broadway, with 235 rooms, a rooftop pool and Two MICHELIN Keys.
01The house
Construction broke ground in June 2019 on the 40-storey, mixed-use tower designed by Solomon Cordwell Buenz. The architects blended warm-coloured panels with weathered steel, activating the façade both day and night and tying the streetscape to the activity inside. Interiors were handled by Marzipan and HOK, working in steel, copper, bronze and the state's native black walnut. More than 700 reproductions of work by Berlin-based artist Gregor Hildebrandt run through the corridors and guest rooms, alongside close to a hundred original pieces by local, regional and national artists. At the entrance, three cast sculptures resembling weathered tree trunks were made by Alan LeQuire, the creator of the monumental Athena Parthenos for the Parthenon in Nashville; the hotel calls the piece Dream Forest.
02Rooms and suites
The 235 keys, 193 rooms and 42 suites, occupy the 7th to 14th floors of the building, below 144 private residences that climb toward the 40th floor. Rooms blend comfort and sophistication with floor-to-ceiling views of the Cumberland River and city skyline, a benefit of the tower's slender, guitar-necked footprint, which keeps most rooms on a corner.
Insider tipOne block from Broadway and the Ryman Auditorium; Rivière Rooftop and the Spa are both on the 7th floor.
03Where to eat
Bacco, the hotel's Tuscan steakhouse, opened on the ground floor in April 2026 after a multimillion-dollar renovation of the first-floor restaurant space led by design studio AvroKO. Named for the Roman god of wine, the room pairs Nashville's nickname, “Athens of the South,” with the bold, playful colours of classic Spaghetti Western films. The kitchen, overseen by hotel executive chef Derek Simcik, works through spicy 'nduja sausage, squash blossoms and Sicilian fennel butter in dishes built around dry-aged steaks, fresh seafood and house-made pastas. Once most months, Bacco hands its kitchen to a visiting chef for a four-course, family-style tasting menu paired with cocktails and wine, with each dinner built around a different theme and proceeds supporting No Kid Hungry.
On the seventh floor, Rivière Rooftop serves Mediterranean-leaning plates by the pool, reopening each spring to offer a refined dinner service, weekend parties and day-pass access to non-guests. Fire pits, river views and a steady live-music calendar make it the hotel's most sociable corner.
04The bar
Bacco Bar sits just off the restaurant, built around Italian wine rather than Tennessee bourbon, a quiet counterpoint to Broadway's honky-tonks one block away. It works equally well for an after-work glass of Chianti or a nightcap after a show at the Ryman.
05Spa and wellbeing
The Spa at Four Seasons occupies the seventh floor beside the pool deck, with six sunlit treatment rooms including a couple's suite and a hair and nail salon, each lined with floor-to-ceiling windows over the skyline. A 24-hour fitness centre was designed in partnership with celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak, Four Seasons' global fitness advisor. Beside it, a 2,300-square-foot infinity pool runs to the edge of the seventh floor over the Cumberland River.
06The neighbourhood
Four Seasons sits in SoBro, just one block from Broadway with its live music and nightlife, with Riverfront Park, the Cumberland River and the John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge at the doorstep. It is a short walk to the Ascend Amphitheater, Bridgestone Arena, Nissan Stadium and the Music City Center convention complex, and close enough to the Ryman Auditorium and the Country Music Hall of Fame to make a car unnecessary for most of a stay.
07Making the most of a stay
Book Rivière Rooftop for sunset, but check the calendar outside summer, since the restaurant runs a seasonal spring-to-autumn opening. Bacco's monthly guest-chef dinner, The Big Night, launched in August 2026 and is worth timing a visit around if a favourite name is on the bill. For a quieter morning, the Spa opens before Broadway's tourist crowds arrive, and the rooftop pool deck is calmest in the hour after it opens.
