Écomusée de l'oranger bigaradier (Nérolium)

Golfe-Juan's first distillery, built in 1904, now tells the story of the bitter orange grown on these hills – stills, the machine that extracts the essential oil, scales, pickers' costumes – laid out as a fun, hands-on trail, and you may catch jams and orange-flower products being made the traditional way.
